We are a destination property and when we decided to end our relationship with GolfNow after 7 years, we did not know who to turn to. We dedicated many hours and time to do a good look into some of the top POS/ Tee sheet systems. They all say they are the best but we really needed to get the right system. It was in late March, during being closed for the Pandemic, that I read a series of Linkedin articles by John Brown of Brown golf. After reading the first article I decided to reach out to John Brown and talk directly to him. We discussed the dangers of bartering and how we could improve our situation. John told me that he was using Club Caddie for his courses and they are a small upstart that recently was acquired by Jonas.

We went live with Club Caddie on November 16, 2021. Their entire team was onsite and were dedicated that the change over went smooth. It went exceedingly well and after our staff got over the initial different look to the tee sheet, they found it to be far simpler and easy to navigate.

We utilize many part time counter assiociates and training them can be challenging. The Club Caddie system is intuitive, cloud based and their support has been awesome. We are thrilled with our choice.
