I augmented and integrated a full virtual plaform around the POS functionality that foreUp provides that includes time tracking, payroll, accounts payable, accounting/bookkeeping, and finanial reporting. The foreUp team has been helpful in integrating with the platform and provides substantial support. My overall software and technology infrastructure costs have been dramatically decreased and I have been able to replace a full-time controller with a part-time bookkeeper...another substantial savings. Because most of the financial transactional activity is straighthrough to the G/L, financial reporting is more timely and accurate...we can close the books almost daily.
